I,m trying to load my new scanner,will the PSREdit500 load all or only what my aera is ?
dont really know what i,m doing,but very new to this so ill be asking alot....anyhelp ?

First, you must be a Premium subscriber to import from the Radio Reference database using that software. Here is a good, but older thread to help you...

Using the search box at the top right will return lots of results on using the software, I suggest reading through those and then come back to ask particular questions about programming.

Welcome to the RR forums. Hate to burst your bubble but police and fire in your city are NXDN trunked (police being partially-encrypted according to DB). You won't be able to pick them up using a WS1065. See list of supported receivers here

Everything in Baldwin County on the AIRS statewide system is P25 Phase 2 which the WS1065 cannot decode. The WS1065 is for P25 Phase 1 only. "T" in the Mode column is phase 2. "TE" is fully encrypted and cannot be received by any scanner. The WS-1065 is the least expensive base digital scanner on the market. As such, it lacks the capabilities of newer, more expensive models. When it comes to scanners, it's important not to just buy the one that is easiest on your wallet without matching the capabilities of the unit to the specific radio systems that are used in your area. There isn't just one type of digital system.
