WS1010: WS1010 Won't Scan

I have a WS1010 that has about 10 channels which are not locked out but when I hit the SCAN button it says "ALL ch L - out".
How can I correct this??

You can try to reset the scanner. I believe this will erase the frequencies you have programmed.

When you first turn on the scanner and see the welcome screen, you need to press 0, then 1, then ENT to do a full factory reset and wipe the scanner.

Make sure the bank(s) the channels are programmed into are enabled.
