WS1025 - 200 channel version vs. 300 channel version?

Are there any differences between the 200 channel version and the 300 channel version?
Anything worth paying the extra $ for to get another 100 channels if I don't need it?

Did they improve anything in the newer I am guessing 300 channel version?

The main difference is the storage capacity to address the additional channels.

There was a minor change to the frequency window overages used for the FD/PD button
