Please help!
All my scanner says is "all ch L-out" and under it, it says scan. I assume this means all the channels are locked out. I followed the steps in the manual to "unlock all service bank frequencies" and "managing service bank lock-outs" but nothing works. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
