WS1040: WS1040 assistance

Hello All - I have a Whistler WS1040. After programming the local trunked frequencies through PSREdit500, all the transmissions that i receive sound muffled or inaudible. Is there a setting that I am missing out on? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

All public safety (Fire and Law Enforcement) in Lake County on the PSIC trunked system is fully encrypted and cannot be received by any scanner. In the Mode column, note the DE talkgroups. Welcome to the forums. Adding to the post above, only the talkgroups ID'ed in the database as mode "D" can be monitored (EMS, DPW, others) but you may encounter simulcast distortion (which also causes inconsistent audio, skipped transmissions, etc) if you're within listening range of two or more simulcasting towers.
