I found a data transmission on 154.465 MHz, and the WS1040 seems like it can't lock onto the data part, but occasionally gives me a screen when it's in auto mode that lists it as M36 and it gives some information right under the frequency.

What is M36?

You are hearing SCADA from 154.46375 or one of the other splinter adjacent frequencies and the radio begins to think it is a Motorola Trunk.

M = Motorola
36 = 3600 baud
