WS1040 not displaying alpha tag. I get the squelch code and the modulation type instead.

I decided to import from the web using WIN500. WS1040 is not displaying alpha tag. I get the squelch code and the modulation type instead. The alpha tag is there when scanning, but when it stops it is not displayed. How to I fix it so the alpha tag displays?

Never mind. I mean it's showing the scan list instead of the alpha tag.
