Welcome to the forum from Poland!

Our son lived in Bialystok while attending university. Very nice place!

A couple of options:

Sorry but there is no fix. It seems that when all the analog stuff went narrow band, so did the volume.
The only thing that you can do is enable volume boost on the analog channels that you want to listen to.

You will not get audio loud enough to rattle the windows or wake up the neighborhood with this radio.

From using this series of scanners during the GRE/RS/Whistler era the following applies.

Set all analog channels to NFM and audio boost on for each one.

For digital there is a setting for AGC and audio boost per trunked system and individual talkgroups. Turn them on.
