Ws1065 or the pro 651

I'm sorry if this has been discussed before...what's the difference between Ws1065 and the pro 651...I have the Ws1065 but wanting a handheld is the pro 651 a good radio and which one is better?

You could get a Ws1040, it is the same thing as a Pro651, both are digital handhelds.
