WS1065: WS1065 Programing issue

Am new to scanning world and having problem when programming SW 1065 as receive "nothing enabled!" message after uploading frequencies. Can someone please let me know how to fix?

Are you sure you uploaded the file to the scanner? Some software programs show the data being transferred even if no scanner is connected. Look at the scanner display while uploading the file. It should show the percentage of the file transferred while uploading. If your cable has a mono adapter on the end, remove it. The WS1065 requires a TRS stereo plug. Also, make sure that you are plugged into the PC/IF jack, and not the headphone jack.
