I got a 1065 and I have a question for my county is Sullivan Indiana. we use p25 phase 1. I can hear dispatch but not pick up the traffic from the cars back to dispatch. any ideas?

Your system appears to be the following:
Indiana Project Hoosier SAFE-T (P25)

Did you program in the control channels or just the voice channels?
Are the correct Talkgroup IDs appearing on the screen?

I have no talk groups just Indiana project hoosier is the only thing that comes up

ok If I do a manul search on it the talk groups show up then.

and I used arc 500 to program the scanner

I might suggest asking this question under the Indiana forum. It sounds like the scanner may not be programmed correctly. You may need to add individual talkgroups or at least add a wildcard talkgroup to begin receiving traffic correctly on the system. I'm not sure why you would only receive dispatch (half the conversation) on a P25 system.
