WS1098: WS1098 Data Out for Broadcast?

After reading and rereading the documentation which came 2 days ago with my new WS1098, I have not been able to figure out how to export the live data from the WS1098 USB output to input into ScannerCast. Note: I am not up and running broadcasting yet as I have to get a few new cables too.
Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Can the screen data be set to my computer / ScannerCast from a WS1098? I could really use some help here!
