Location
Been listening to Unknown LE agency tonight from here at Radio Ranch in Spokane on 159.1650 R (136.5) this evening.

Have checked FCC wtb and the RR Database, questions remain as I am omnidirectional until spring. have been unable to catch an actual location, units id as 300 series , 301, 328, 329 and they just issued a case number for a crash and it is #657 so it must be sleepy/small/slow place to have issued such a small number of case #'s.

Can anyone confirm this as Washington State University Pullman PD being dispatched by Whitman County (referring to dispatch as 'Sheriff/s')?

Other choices are Chelan County (listed as roads per RR)
Also Monroe & Sultan in Snohomish (county now trunked)
Also licensed to Spokane County, but this signal is too weak to be here.

You got it. 300s are definitely WSU cops. Not a lot of action down here in Pullman.
