I have just sent my order off for a PCB for the newest LTR slicer found on this thread:
http://www.radioreference.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=13427
It is my first attempt at this and if it is successful, I will post my file and the website for ordering. I was able to fit 2 copies on the same LTR slicer circuit on one miniboard. This will give me 6 boards when it is done. (3 is the minimum order). The finished product will fit in a small project box.

Chris,

Any info on the company you are using to produce the etched boards would be appreciated.

Tnx,

I downloaded the free software and created a schematic. I then made the PCB layout and sent that in. They have a miniboard option that gives you (3) 2.5"x3.8" two sided boards for $51 + 8 shipping. I was able to fit 2 layouts on one board so it will give me 6 finished boards once I cut them in half. I have never tried this before so it is all experimental.

I assume that means solder the parts on it. Yes, you would have to do that.
