West Virginia State Police continue to investigate the theft, which occurred sometime over the weekend at the Cabell County EMS/AT&T/West Virginia State Trauma Emergency Medical System tower site along Lyles Branch Road in Salt Rock. State Police received the report on Monday morning, after EMTs and firefighters in southern Cabell County failed to respond to emergency calls.
