Weren't they heard about a year or so ago...maybe two years ago....after some incident near Harpers Ferry?

There was some private business or something, north of Harpers Ferry, along the river towards Sheperdstown that had an incident and Environmental Protection folks were called out.

Not sure. I kinda remember something happening. Actually, something happened right before Christmas in Jefferson Co. on Summit Point Road where I heard them call for them. I just figured it was EPA. I haven't had a chance to put them in, but I will tonight.
