Looks like Boone County is starting to put up towers www.thebcaa.com/towerrfp.htm .It also says there will be towers in Malden,Kanawha County and in Tyler County.

They are voice frequencies, while some red and blue freqs - when not used as Control Channel - may also be used for voice.
