WV SIRN problem

I have imported the WV SIRN talk groups that I want into my RadioShack pro 197 scanner, Talk Groups Mercer, SO, McDowell SO, Bluefield, and Princeton PD, and all talk group for WVSP, but I am having a problem receiving them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am 45 minutes away from Princeton, WV, and I use ARC500 programming software if that helps.
