WV SIRN RS Pro-197 Question

I have recently purchased a Radio Shack Pro-197 and have begun to scan the WV SIRN system here in Morgantown/Mon. County. I threw the Morgantown site CC in and P25 Auto and it works fairly well by default. However, the digital squelch sometimes is off and some units I hear just as digital squlech. I wanted to verify that it wasn't my programming and that it was just the nature of my scanner/system.

If anyone could give some quick suggestions/advice, I would appreciate it!

Type: P25 AUTO
AudioBoost: Off (would this do anything?)
Dwell: 0
DIG AGC: On (would off help?)
SuperTrack? On (or off?)
Muti-Site: Off (I can't hear any other sites it seems)
T Tables: Default

You should become a RR premium subscriber/member so you can down the entire WVIRP SIRN or just the locations you want to listen to directly to you 197/106.
