WV State Police "Direct" Freqs

Can anyone verify these? I have something totally different for "Direct 1" (at least for use in Berkeley Co.) and isn't in the FCC database for WV State. I've never heard anything on the below.

Mike, if memory serves me correctly, those freqs were used for car to car coms a good while back. I had them programmed in the Pro-97 and I did hear traffic. When they went to digital, I deleted them, along with the conventional freqs for WVSP. I have now put them in the Pro-96 bank for Berkley Co TRS, just to see if anything comes up.

Don't stop listening to the old analog WVSP freqs. They are still very active.
