I've been hearing rumors form state troopers in my area that starting next year they will be installing new UHF / VHF systems state wide and replacing the old Low-Band system. Does anyone know of a actual release date for testing or the actual band that the troopers will be using. Onlything that I have heard from the troopers is that i will be one powerful system.
