AMBER ALERT:
This is a special announcement from the UDOT Traffic Operations Center. An Amber Alert has
been issued for the following children: Xiomara Hernandez-Torres, a 3 year old white female, 3
feet tall, 25 pounds, black hair, brown eyes, last seen wearing a rose colored shirt, black pants
and white shoes. Alicia Hernandez, a 6 year old white female, 3 feet 6 inches tall, 40 pounds,
black hair, brown eyes, last seen wearing a red and pink shirt, white shorts and pink shoes. Pablo
Hernandez, a 4 year old white male, 3 feet tall, 30 pounds, black short hair, brown eyes, last
seen wearing a blue shirt with white stripes, blue jeans, and white shoes. They were all last
scene with Israel Hernandez, a 30 year old white male, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 155 pounds, brown
hair, brown eyes, with a mustache and goatee, both ears pierced, and possibly wearing glasses.
They were last seen at 4189 S Williamsburg Dr; 3600 W West Valley, UT. They may be in a
Red Chevy Corsica or a Black Cadillac Escalade, unknown plates. Suspect is non-custodial
parent. He has not returned children from a visitation. Children are believed to be in danger of
physical abuse.
