WXtoImg Keplers downloads not working, WXtoImg crashes a lot now?

I haven't used my SDRs for much the last few years, I just spent a few hours trying to get WXtolmg working on a Surface laptop running W11, the first thing I noticed is tge app spits out errors when trying to download tgw lists, and it then freezes, forcing me to force close the app. Has anything changed in the last few years I need to know about? Is this app still functional? What are my alternatives? Thanks
