Wynn Hospital (Utica) Freq

I noticed the radio frequency for Wynn Hospital is now in the RR database. Appears to be a conventional frequency. I put it in my scanner and all I get is a harsh warbling type sound every so often. Am I missing something with this frequency? Is it not a conventional frequency?

Conventional means "not trunked". It does not mean "analog".

The entry in the database is for a conventional DMR frequency, and that's what you are hearing.
