WyoLink Angles Trailhead active yet?

WyoLink Site Map shows sites active and to be completed 2010/2011. Does anyone know if Angles Trailhead (north of Jackson) is active yet? And if so what freqs? I spend several weeks per year in the area, any new info would be greatly appreciated.
