I looked on the FCC website and noticed that the frequency proposal for Wyolink was returned pending growth study. Does anyone know what that means? Wyolink is supposed to be up and running in the southeast corner by Frontier Days (end of July).

The license for Goshen and Platte got issued. So I guess things are on the way. I started putting together a .P96 file so it must be going to happen.
