Wyoming GF Group B channels

I see in RR under the State Parks, Forests, and Fish and Game talkgroups that there is a GF Car to Car Channel B Group 7 (or B7 for short). While listening Saturday Oct 22 I heard the GF dispatch switch to channel B4 on two separate occasions. Does anybody know the information to enter in order to scan this channel? It must be new.

Don't think there is any way to translate. I believe hey are referring to the groups and channels as programmed into their radios.

For NE Wyoming, I just programmed the talk group, 19411, and am picking up their talk over a large area.
