Trying to program my SDS100 for Wyoming, but the information on WHP is ambiguous.
It lists the troops this way:
District 1 Troop A Cheyenne
District 2 Troop B Casper
District 4 Troop C Sheridan
District 3 Troop D Evanston
District 3 Troop E Rock Springs

And then it lists the talk groups this way:
19880 4da8 D WHP CLQ 2 Troop CLQ Dispatch 2

What is with the gibberish: Troop AXO, Troop CLQ, Troop DE, etc

I want to program talk groups for WHP in Uinta County (Evanston)
But I want to understand the Talk groups in case I want to travel farther into Wyoming.

Hi pd sheriff, and fire are all on wyolink under Laramie county, Cheyenne city talk groups,
They do have some analog frequencies under Laramie county some LE are used not very often,
City fire does paging on 154.400, county fire does paging on 155.715.
