Wyoming/susquehanna co questions

Recently I had the opportunity to do some monitoring because of flooding conditions in the Northeast portion of the state. I was in Wyoming Co at the time.
I came across 152.390 (repeater) with a pl of 88.5. It's licensed to the Elk Lake School District AND the Athens Area School District. With the pl info does anyone know what I was monitoring?

Also I heard a repeater on 154.0475 with a pl of 210.?? With the pl info does anyone know what I was monitoring?

Also I heard 155.040 with a pl of 203.5. With the pl info does anyone know what I was monitoring?

That PL IS registered with Elk Lake School in the DB
