Wyomissing PD Repeater input freq?

I've been monitoring the Wyomissing PD's freq for a while and have noticed there's a pause after a unit stops txing, does anyone know if there's a repeater on their net? If so, what's the freq? I checked the database and don't see one listed. Thanks in advance for any help

According to their FCC license, they are operating a repeater on 151.190.
