My family and I are taking a trip to Wytheville to visit some family and I was wondering what RR freq's I should plug in. also the local Fire/EMS would be nice considering I'm a FF. Thanks in advance.

If your family will sign your permission slip, see if you can take a little while to ride down Route 11 into Smyth County and visit both the Marion and Chilhowie FD's. Both departments are well run with some very nice suppression pieces, I think you'd enjoy yourself.

how about the Railroad Freq. I did some searching and found that NS runs threw town. Whats the road Freq and maybe Dispatch freq? any other railroads in the area?

That would be NS's Pulaski District. Plug 161.190 and 161.250 in and you should be all set. Take a look at the link below for a signal list and list of trains that travel the line daily.
