i was at the wild game tonight and had the 800 mhz analog freqs in my scanner and herd nothing at all. any ideas of what is wrong

Xcel Energy Trunking System, Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota - Scanner Frequencies

Those are not for the Xcel Energy Center. They are used by Xcel Energy crews out working on power lines and that sort of thing.

Xcel Energy doesn't really have anything to do with the Xcel Energy Center other than the fact that they paid to put their name on it. Just like Target Field and TCF Bank Stadium.
