Xcel Energy fleetmap?

does anybody know the xcel energy fleetmap? because i want see its analog without the digital scanner then go from there. but it says analog and VSELP on the the radioreference database TRS. so, what is VSELP stand for or what is it? somekind digital radio? if anybody knows, please let me know. thanks!! baseball214

It's Type II, you don't need any fleetmap for it.

it shows on radioreference database as Motorola Type IIi Hybrid system. that is type II or type IIi without fleetmap? because it is hybrid & use fleetmap some kind. every scanner has or follow the hybrid system it will be fleetmap, right?
