XPL Tac 1 - Radio Testing or Secret Code?

Happening now, XPL TAC 1 (154.175 118.8), what sounds like an audiobook being played or a series of random sentences on a loop.

I'm assuming it's just radio testing, or we're sending a string secret codes to the field crews

I searched the sentences, and they're the "Harvard sentences", which according to Wikipedia, are typically used for systems testing.

I've heard these before on systems where I live, first time I heard it, it really freaked me out haha. I didn't know what the heck was going on until I searched and saw they're used for testing.

The Harvard codes have moved over to XPL CMD (156.240 110.9).
