XTL5000 O5 Zone Name Issue

I have an XTL5000 that previously had a W series head, but has been swapped out for an O5. It works fine, except I only get a single line on the display ZONE+TG, and I’m limited to 3 characters for the zone name. I suspect this has to do with the head change, but how do I fix it so I can have a two line display?

Please don’t just respond with “call Motorola.” I think we’ve all wasted days of our lives doing that we will never get back. Any guidance on the problem and solution is much appreciated!!!

You have to change display settings and then change name in zone

Under Display & Menu, in the "Text Configuration" box, make sure both are set to 14. It's likely currently set to 5 and 3. if coming from a W5 or W7 head.
