XTS5000 scan issue

Good morning, I recently purchased an XTS5000 UHFH, with FPP, came pre-programmed with GMRS channels in the first zone, with scan enabled and actively scanning all 15 channels. After doing the TPT hack (I wanted it lol) the scan list attached to each personality was invalid, may be dumb mistake but I cannot find how to fix it.

With the TPT “hack” for the XTS5000 you cannot use the scan feature.

To fix this - take all the personalities out of the scan list, create a “blank” scan list with nothing it it ( for 15 channels ) set to “user select” for everything and write it to the radio. Then, on the radio go to “prog”, and manually enter your scan list on the radio.

The radio WILL scan but will bonk you out if you go to transmit until you turn off scan.
