Hi I have a DR-2X that has stopped working no touch screen just flashes white for a second when switched on no tx or rx no other sound would like to load firmware first to see if thats corrupted, an one had problems with this Thanks..

My touch screen stopped working and yaesu fixed it. On the service form I put it under warranty and included proof of purchase. I had dropped it. Had to pay for shipping to them, but not shipping back.
Thanks I hoped someone would have details of the firmware and how to reload it.
Im in VK and the agent isnt very helpful dont want to send it to the US or JA.
I will try and contact the VK agents again but cant say I will ever buy Yaesu again.
