I am Having trouble setting the indavual Hypermemory banks 1-5 on my
FT 7800 I am a Emt and want to seperate my EMS / GMRS/ Ham

It is far easier to achieve using computer software.


FTB7800 only costs $15 IIRC, and a cable can be had on eBay easily.

I'm sorry to say it but yes that's about the one feature I need to dedicate to solely getting it done on the computer. But I will say in the hopes that it may help, that I group the channels by bank then associate the banks to the hyper memories. So if you can put each category into it's own bank then match that up to the hyper memories, if you were to chart out what is where the lines flow a little cleaner which might make it easier to do programing from the unit.
