Yaesu: Yaesu FTM-3100R alignment mode

The service manual says to hold SQ and TXPO keys while turning on radio to enter alignment mode. I have two radios and neither responds to holding those keys down. Anyone know how to enter alignment mode on the FTM-3100R?
