Yaesu: Yaesu ftm-6000 TX issue

I’m trying to program my department’s frequency into my Yaesu ftm-6000 (I have permission to use these frequencies) I put in the freq and the PL code but when I try to transmit I get the message in the picture. What am I doing wrong to get this message.

Sounds like it may be outside the ham band. What is the freq?

The radio is only designed to transmit on the 2m and 70cm amateur radio bands.

Ham radios are only lawful to transmit on ham frequencies. Your department has a part 90 license and part 90 equipment is what is authorized to use. Get the appropriate subscriber equipment with a proper part 90 FCC authorization, and try your call again.
