Yaesu: Yaesu FTM-6000R error going into clone mode

I have a Yaesu FTM-6000R i cant get it in to rx or tx in clone mode
I follow the instructions closely, can get it into clone mode but error appears on screen when i hit the the clone button
Has anyone else experienced this? I tried two cables, multiple computers
Same result
I guess the big question should i get the error without the computer interface cable installed ?

Problem solved, found you leave the radio in program scan mode before you power off, it errors going in to clone mode tx or rx
