Hi all - of course my VR5000 has suffered from the dreaded screen fade so is unuseable as you can't see what the button pushes are doing. I have a couple of memory read/write programmes but that's all they do so if you can't do basic control from the keyboard and get a response on the monitor then they are pretty hopeless so it's just a paperweight at the moment - it was a pretty good wideband receiver before the rot set in. I would like to find a control programme, not a memory reader - anyone?
