How do you change the screen display from ALPHAs to the actual frequency on that particular channel?

Any suggestions as to a replacement screen (plastic cover) for the YAESU VX-177?

In years past I’ve found Yeasu to be very receptive to requests for parts should you decide to replace it yourself… in fact, they’ve sent me incidental pieces (such as hardware) for free!

I've sent multiple emails to Yaesu parts/service. Nary a response. But, thank you for your prompt input on my questions.

I've sent an email through their site - 3rd time - No response to the first two inquiries. Perhaps "Third Time Is A Charm".

Bottom of page 31 in the manual describes how to toggle alpha and freq in memory mode.
