Yaesu vx-6r set mode

Just got a used vx-6r, has been working fine. Gone to set mode a few times to do some menu changing. now when I push f/w key and 0 key won't go to menu? Did set mode resetting still won't go to set mode menu? What's up tnx

How to make it work!

First is this a used radio out of warranty? If so remove the front cover and clean all the little round dots that reside under the buttons on the front with some contact cleaner for electronics. Then push each one to ensure it still moves. Reassembly and tray again. If this doesn't work then look at sending it in to an authorized repair facility. Rod K9ROD
