I am planning to build a Yagi antenna for 800 MHz receive only. There are several great programs to come up with the calculations I need. However, this old man's brain can't remember... when the spacing between elements are listed, are they center-to-center or edge-of-element to edge-of-element?
Thanks!

The measurements are always center to center. Thicker elements will have the closets edges matching a higher frequency and the outher edges, the furthest apart between elements, are matching a lower frequency. So thicker elements always gives a wider bandwidth, regardless of antenna type. But it will often also change impedance and capacitance and yagi calculators should include the diameter of the elements, if you start using anything than "normal" diameter elements.
