Second: Explanation (Excuse?) I have Googled and searched for this information and am now more confused than when I started.

My ask is this...I have a BCD325P2. Can I pick up any frequencies at Walt Disney World next March?

Nope. Not Disney frequencies.
But u can pick up FRS/MURS/GMRS freq's being used by guests.

Sense when did Disney get rid of their 2 meter and 70 cm towers so that Amateur Radio operators could communicate with the park for emergencies?

I have already read the sticky. Thanks for the suggestion though. Working on getting my amateur license as well. I find that some of the more technical questions are a bit intimidating.

I thought the law only applied to usage in vehicles?

Many visitors rent and drive vehicles while visiting the Mouse House. The elected leaders of Orlando and Orange County have failed to get a direct mass transportation solution in place between the airport and the theme parks.

Some use cabs, ridesharing, or buses to get around but there are lots of "out of town" drivers on the roads of Central Florida. Better to know about it than not. I've traveled a lot of places and it strikes me as an odd law.
