Yet another Highway Patrol question from me!

Does the highway patrol in the Charleston/Berkeley and Dorchester/Colleton area have "car to car" channels? The Only ones I could find are 29712 and 29968, which are main ops channels. This is, of course, I'm assuming "car to car" means a separate talk only channel.

29616 and 6928 are the talk around channels for Troop 6.
