I caught this already in progress, began in LAPD's Newton Division involving a GTA suspect on a Kawasaki. It termintated in East LA when the suspect attempted to go around a car that was pulling over. Instead of staying to left of the vehicle to go around, he went around to the right, trapping him so to speak between the curb, the car in front of him and now the LAPD cruiser. Looks like he sruggled a little as I could see one of the officers use a little more "force" than usual. Code 4 with one.
