York Ccounty Trunk Help 296d

I just moved to York County SC, I cannot get these to work on my BC 296D, I do have the APCO25 card.

can anyone send me a file or tell me the trunk type and info needed to get it to work?

My radio just hangs up on the Data chans and does nothing. If just scan and lock out the data chans i can get the conversations...

I got it to trunk now... but... most of the conversations sound like R2D2... some are fine.

Get a job in law enforcement, they'll give you a radio that hears R2D2

A better antenna should do the trick.

Rock Hill PD is encrypted, meaning no scanner will receive.
From monitoring, the FD, SO and EMS are not encrypted.

I've noticed that in the past 2 weeks they have gone all ENC, not just some like before. It was about 30% ENC before 2 weeks ago, now its 95%. I'm wondering what going on over there to keep there stuff so secretive. And this is on the Dispatch T/G.
