If you’re passionate about local news, community updates, and storytelling, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and make a difference right here in York County.
Here’s what you’ll need to be part of our team:
🔸 A handheld digital scanner
🔸 A valid driver’s license
🔸 A clean background
🔸 A good camera (drone equipment is a plus!)
Volunteer Roles Include:
🔹 Monitoring police scanners and breaking news
🔹 Covering community events
🔹 Writing local news articles
🔹 Capturing photos and videos
Your work will help keep the York County Scanner News Page active, accurate, and up to date for everyone in the community.
